Tithing and the New Testament Church
Tithing is not a New Testament principle. In fact, there is not a New Testament "pastor" or other leader that is qualified to receive a tithe if it were applicable.

| A Real Dilemma

| I've been doing alot of reading about this topic and it seems that every ministry that I respect teaches that Christians should tithe but the biblical evidence seems to very clearly show that it is not a NT requirement. I am a strong advocate of generosity and supporting ministry but can't find any solid biblically based argument for tithing. What do others think?
